L’Agence de mutualisation des universités et établissements d’enseignement supérieur ou de recherche et de support à l’enseignement supérieur ou à la recherche est un Groupement d’Intérêt Public (GIP) qui organise la coopération entre ses membres et sert de support à leurs actions communes en vue d’améliorer la qualité de leur gestion.

Le programme national pour rendre l’enseignement supérieur inclusif pour les personnes avec un trouble du neuro-développement.

Le champ couvert par UNISCIEL concerne les Sciences Fondamentales et couvre les thématiques suivantes :
Mathématiques, Informatique, Physique, Chimie, Sciences de la Vie, Sciences de la Terre et de l’Univers.

International Council for Open and Distance Education. Fondée en 1938, ICDE est une organisation mondiale s’attachant à l’étude et à l’usage et au développement de nouvelles méthodologies adaptées aux technologies de l’enseignement à distance en ligne émergentes. Elle rassemble et potentialise les acquits de nombreux partenaires ayant une connaissance approfondie de l’enseignement à distance, favorisant ainsi les échanges de collaboration internationale et la recherche. ICDE représente un lieu unique au monde où gouvernements, sociétés, associations et institutions d’enseignement à distance, professionnels du secteur public et privé peuvent, au cours de conférences annuelles qu’elle organise, échanger et communiquer en vue de favoriser une interaction commune dans le développement des bonnes pratiques et des normes et standards dans l’enseignement à distance. Par l’expérience et l’expertise de ses nombreux membres, ICDE a obtenu une place privilégiée au sein de l’UNESCO en qualité d’Organisation non gouvernementale (ONG) qui lui permet de jouer un rôle consultatif de qualité non seulement dans son domaine d’action, mais aussi dans la promotion de la coopération interculturelle tant aux niveaux nationaux, régionaux que mondiaux.

L’INSEP et la FIED ont signé le 16 juin 2016 un accord-cadre portant sur le développement de l’enseignement universitaire à distance pour les sportifs de haut niveau. Cet accord renforce les relations entre l’INSEP et les établissements du réseau national et la FIED et concrétise une collaboration par ailleurs déjà initiée depuis plusieurs années, comme sur le site Prémanon (où biathlètes et fondeurs inscrits à l’Université Aix Marseille (AMU) ont pu suivre leur cursus universitaire à distance) puis sur le site de Boulouris (à travers une convention entre le CREPS PACA et la FIED en janvier 2010 sur un dispositif d’enseignement à distance. L’objectif de cette collaboration est de déployer sur le plan national les outils d’enseignement à distance et l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de communication au profit des étudiants sportifs de haut niveau tout en adaptant le dispositif aux exigences de plus en plus fortes qui leur sont demandées dans le cadre de leur préparation sportive.

Open Virtual Mobility (openVM) is a European strategic partnership dedicated to creating accessible opportunities for achievement of virtual mobility skills to ensure higher uptake of virtual mobility in higher education in Europe and is funded under the European Erasmus+ Program. Virtual Mobility (VM) has a great potential to contribute to the internationalisation, innovation and inclusion in higher education. The barriers to physical mobility of educators and students  such as high costs, socio-economic, political and health-related issues, can be dramatically reduced by adding the virtual component to mobility and, making mobility accessible to all!

Developed over the past 30 years from experience in the field of educational exchange and study abroad – and evolving rapidly with the explosive growth in new media technologies and platforms – Virtual Exchange has been integrated at all levels of education from kindergarten through university and is distinctive in its use of new media platforms to enable deep, interactive social learning.

By employing a wide variety of technologies and educational pedagogy, Virtual Exchange makes it possible for every young person to have meaningful, transnational and intercultural experiences.

ELARD is an international non-profit association set up to improve the quality of life in rural areas and to maintain their population through sustainable, integrated local development. WE ARE A MENTORING COMMUNITY linking mentoring practitioners and researchers to share knowledge, resources and powerful stories within Europe.
We aim at improving mentoring practices in Europe to support the development of the European Civil Society.

In the spring of 2016, Mentoring Europe (Formerly the European Center for Evidence-Based Mentoring) was launched in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, in the presence of 150 mentoring professionals from all over Europe. A mainly grass-root initiative of mentoring practitioners and researchers, with the mission of increasing the quality, reach and visibility of the mentoring field in Europe.

The Bulgarian Industrial Association – Union of the Bulgarian Business (BIA) is a non-governmental organization, established on April 25th, 1980. During its 40 years of history, BIA has proved itself as one of the leading partners of the state in defining the economic policy while maintaining its governmental and political impartiality. The Bulgarian Industrial Association is guided solely by the virtues of national responsibility, competence, and integrity. BIA was recognized as a representative organization of employers on a national level by decision no. 669 of August 11th, 2016.

Brightlands Smart Services Campus is part of Brightlands, an open innovation community in Limburg, The Netherlands with 29,000 innovative entrepreneurs, researchers and students. The International Association of Universities, created under the auspices of UNESCO in 1950, is a membership-based organisation serving the global higher education community through: expertise & trends analysis, publications & portals, advisory services, peer-to-peer learning, events, global advocacy.

MIT University as a Higher Education Institution was established in 2007 with two faculties, the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Information Technologies.

The Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy is a modern specialized educational and scientific center licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The Academy is widely known outside of Ukraine, it is a member of the International Organization of Engineering Pedagogy (IGIP).

The history of the academy began in 1958, and since then, the high level of training of specialists who receive engineering and pedagogical specialties on the basis of engineering knowledge and deep psychological and pedagogical training has remained unchanged. This enables graduates of the academy to carry out important social, professional, industrial and technological activities to ensure a high level of education in the system of professional education: teachers, methodologists, masters of industrial training in vocational and technical educational institutions (technical schools, colleges, technical vocational schools, lyceums and secondary schools) and highly qualified engineers for industrial enterprises.

Based on its achievements and tradition, keen scholarly research and artistic and publishing activities, as well as the wide network of international partners and close collaboration with the business sector, St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo strives to:

The FernUniversität in Hagen is Germany’s only state distance-learning university, and its largest in terms of student numbers. Daugavpils University is a modern institution of higher education located in the beautiful city of Daugavpils, Latvia. With a wide range of programmes of different levels and research opportunities, the university offers a solid foundation in various fields of study, providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their careers.

Daugavpils University was founded in 1921, and today is the biggest regional state university in Latvia. Primarily having been established as an educational institution for teachers, the university continues its pedagogical traditions simultaneously focusing on life sciences, linguistics, social sciences and management. The Faculty of Education and Management, the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Faculty of Music and Arts and the Faculty of Humanities of Daugavpils University offer more than 50 study programmes of all academic levels. Bifröst University was founded in Reykjavík Iceland in 1918 on the model of Ruskin College, Oxford, under the name Samvinnuskólinn or the Cooperative College. From the start its role was to educate leaders for business and society at large. The school was moved to Borgarfjörður in 1955, situated 110km north of the capital. Bifröst is the only Liberal Arts campus school in the country, it was accredited university in 1988, first only in Busines, then also offering degrees in Law since 2002 and in Social Science since 2005.

Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin is the largest public university in Poland on the eastern side of the Vistula. The interest association of legal entities, the Czech Association of Distance University Education, has been operating on the territory of the Czech Republic since May 18, 1993. 

The Czech Association of Distance Teaching Universities is a member of the European Association of Distance Teaching Universities (EADTU), which brings together distance universities and distance education associations in Europe.

Aarhus University is a strong university that distinguishes itself with research, research-based education and authority consultancy of high international quality and value-creating collaboration with private companies, public institutions and civil society. The curious creation of knowledge rooted in deep expertise for the benefit of society is the university’s raison d’être and has been since its foundation in 1928. Established in 1988, Universidade Aberta (UAb) is the single public distance education university in Portugal. Due to its purpose, UAb uses comprehensively, in its teaching activities, the most advanced technologies and methods of Distance Learning, without geographical borders or physical barriers, and giving special emphasis to the expansion of the Portuguese language and culture within the Lusophony space (migrant communities and Portuguese speaking countries).

The Open University of Israel (OUI) engages in extensive international cooperation with other institutions. Faculty members maintain contact with their peers from around the world, and the OUI regularly hosts delegations from universities and other organizations worldwide. The OUI aims to further extend and enhance these initiatives, which serve to connect the OUI to academic projects worldwide, benefitting both faculty and students.

The Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Information” (MESI) was founded in 1932.

• The original name was “Moscow Institute of National Economic Accounting”.
• In 1948 it was renamed the Moscow Economic and Statistical Institute – MESI.
• In 1996 it received the status of a university, while retaining the previous abbreviation.

MESI was one of the leading higher education institutions in Russia, and was the first specialized higher statistical educational institution in the world. It was the first Russian university that underwent external examination and was recognized as compliant with the European standards of education quality assurance (ESG-ENQA).

Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world. Situated in the center of Eskişehir, which is well-known as a city of science, culture and youth, its campus houses 12 faculties (undergraduate level) – three of which offer distance education, 3 applied schools – one of which is of music and drama, 2 vocational schools (associate level), 6 graduate schools – four of which are graduate and postgraduate level, and 30 research centers.

The University of Ljubljana is the oldest and largest higher education and scientific research institution in Slovenia, founded in 1919.Today, it is attended by around 40,000 students and employs more than 6,000 teachers, researchers, assistants, and professional and administrative staff at 23 faculties and three art academies. The main building, the academies and many faculties are located in the city centre. The newer university buildings are located on the outskirts of Ljubljana, giving the university and its students an old-world feel in the city.

UiT The Arctic University of Norway is a medium-sized research university that contributes to knowledge-based development at the regional, national and international level.

Notre projet est porté par l’association Ikigai Games for Citizens qui rassemble universités, grandes écoles, laboratoires de recherche, associations et professionnel.les du jeu vidéo. Ensemble, nous développons une nouvelle génération de jeux vidéo pour les apprentissages, conçue par les enseignant.es, pour les enseignant·es et les étudiant·es, mais aussi pour la culture, la médiation scientifique, l’éducation populaire, les sciences participatives… et surtout pour votre plus grand plaisir.

La Fondation UNIT — Université Numérique Ingénierie et Technologie — est l’une des 8 Universités Numériques Thématiques (UNT) créées à l’initiative de grandes écoles, d’universités et du ministère chargé de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche.

Créé en juin 2009, la Fondation UNIT a pour objet d’accompagner la transformation numérique de la société. Elle associe des acteurs publics et privés de la formation, notamment en sciences de l’ingénieur et technologie.

Créée en Septembre 2016, PhDOOC est une association loi 1901 dont le but est d’accompagner les doctorants et les docteurs et de favoriser la création d’une communauté. Pour cela, nous organisons le premier MOOC en France sur la poursuite de carrière des docteurs de toutes disciplines. Notre objectif est de construire un espace d’information, d’échange et d’entraide autour de cette thématique

EDEN Digital Learning Europe a été créé pour poursuivre le fonctionnement du réseau européen d’apprentissage à distance et en ligne après la sortie du Royaume-Uni de la Communauté européenne. Il existe pour partager les connaissances et améliorer la compréhension entre les professionnels de l’apprentissage à distance et en ligne et pour promouvoir les politiques et les pratiques dans toute l’Europe et au-delà.
EDEN Digital Learning Europe est le réseau intelligent de la communauté professionnelle et une communauté professionnelle pour l’apprentissage intelligent.
Créée en 2019 en tant qu’association éducative internationale et organisation à but non lucratif, EDEN Digital Learning Europe est ouverte aux institutions et aux particuliers concernés par l’apprentissage en ligne et, plus largement, par l’enseignement ouvert et à distance.
Fournissant une expertise polyvalente, l’Association englobe tous les niveaux d’éducation et de formation formelles et non formelles. EDEN Europe a toujours joué un rôle déterminant dans la promotion du réseautage, de la coopération internationale et du développement professionnel.
En tant qu’atout clé, EDEN Europe a une adhésion forte et active. En rejoignant EDEN Europe, vous faites partie de la communauté professionnelle d’experts et de praticiens de l’enseignement électronique à distance la plus vaste et la plus dynamique.

European Association of Distance Teaching Universities. Association européenne des universités à distance, créée comme la FIED en 1987 pour fédérer les universités européennes pratiquant de l’EAD a pour but d’informer ses partenaires sur les derniers développements dans l’enseignement supérieur européen, d’encourager les bonnes pratiques dans l’apprentissage ouvert et flexible en Europe et dans le monde, de collaborer dans la création de ressources éducatives, de s’impliquer dans des projets collaboratifs européens etc.

Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie. Partenaire de la FIED depuis 2006, l’Agence universitaire de la Francophonie est l’opérateur des Sommets des chefs d’Etat et de gouvernement ayant le français en partage pour l’enseignement supérieur et la recherche. L’AUF a notamment pour objectif, dans le cadre de son programme « Soutien des TIC au développement de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche » de développer l’usage des technologies de l’information dans l’Enseignement Supérieur des pays membres de l’Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie, et de proposer des formations à distance diplômantes, en partenariat entre Universités du Nord et du Sud et de l’Est (hors Europe de l’Ouest et Amérique du Nord). L’AUF et la FIED entendent notamment développer des actions communes pour : – Participer à la conception de dispositifs d’enseignement à distance. – Développer, en s’appuyant sur les TIC, le travail en réseau, la mise en commun de ressources en français, la transmission des savoirs et des savoir-faire dans une optique de solidarité et de codéveloppement. – Faire bénéficier les étudiants francophones issus de zones dont la situation géographique ou socioéconomique serait un handicap, d’un apprentissage de qualité. – Diffuser largement les produits d’enseignement francophones, notamment ceux réalisés par les établissements membres de la FIED. – Collaborer à des actions de recherche partagées pour analyser le développement de l’enseignement à distance dans les pays du Sud.

Les lieux labellisés Campus Connecté sont des espaces de travail individuels et collectifs où les jeunes peuvent suivre, près de chez eux, des formations à distance dans l’enseignement supérieur en bénéficiant d’un accompagnement de proximité. Ils visent à donner à tous ceux qui veulent réussir dans l’enseignement supérieur les moyens de surmonter les barrières géographiques, urbaines et sociales qui créent des inégalités de destin.
